It really is an awesome piece in our living room. The Design is clever and easy to use. The Islands were sometimes very hard to get out because they were Not all the way cut out. We used a file to remove the sharp edges. Because of our Kids it took us 3 nights to complete but it was a fun process. We had to wait 4-5 weeks to arrive but Tagir was very prompt in answering. I just want to Note that we had to pay an aditional Fee of 97€ with german customs, so people should keep that in mind. Overall er are very happy!

This world map is very beautiful and high quality. I love it. Now, a little recommendation from my own mistake...The double sided tape is very strong. You don't need much for the pieces to stay put.. Make sure you are 100% ready on positioning your map pieces before taping it down. I made a mistake and it torn a piece off of my wall when I tried to removed it. But luckily I was able to covered it up. This map is staying if I ever moved. There's no way I can take down the pieces without ripping my wall too.

Awesome world map! The laser engravings are nice and clean and the map shipped very quickly. One comment: The longest part of assembly was cutting out the "land" portions of the cardboard templates. The assembly could be much faster if the laser had cut through the cardboard completely (could a power setting/dirty lens on the laser) as the "land" portions of the template are not needed. Also I noted that with the Large size I measured 59" edge to edge on the A and B corner pieces but somehow the templates for Greenland had an extra 2" or so between them. Not a big deal and I think it looks better spaced out a bit.

The craftsmanship is absolutely stunning! It did take a lot of time to punch out all the little islands, but after that it really wasn’t hard to assemble. I think it will be much easier to assemble a second time whenever we eventually move. It’s really is beautiful, everything I hoped it would be! Shipping was delayed, but it’s a weird time in the world right now, and Tagir was very kind and response throughout the whole process. Thank you!

We are thrilled with our map! I read from other reviews that there were delays with the delivery and contacted the seller to anticipate the ETA. I received a response very promptly with the updated and reasonable timelines. Today, my boyfriend and I spent a couple of hours unpacking it and putting it together and we are mighty pleased with the end result. Tip 1: don’t cut the tape too large. We initially started using big strips, but had to skimp down halfway through to ensure we had enough to finish. Tip 2: push the wooden pieces from the back side of the stencil forward. There were a couple of spots where the laser didn’t fully cut through the wood and by pushing from the back, any chipped parts of wood are not visible on the front.

Absolutely delighted with our world map. It looks fantastic on the wall of our lounge and is a real conversation starter. The quality is exceptional and we had a great time putting it up (took us a couple of hours, the templates and instructions are great). Be aware that you may have to pay extra for a customs charge on delivery which for me was £40 which isn’t insignificant after already paying for the item itself. Even so, I’m still pleased I bought it for my husband who absolutely loves it.

We really love the map and how it looks on our wall. It is good quality. Really recommend this product. It is a little time consuming to put up but well worth it. Just ignore the part of the instructions that says to do 2 and 15 first. Work from left to right to make sure all the pieces fit in. Need to touch up some paint after 15 went down and noticed it was too far away.

Pros: - The map looks very nice on the wall, everyone loves it. The colors are perfect for us. - The size is just right. - Packaging was correct. Cons: - The duble tape provided was enough for only one third of the map. - Comparing it to a real map, the country shapes are quite off. It's also not a liniar map. - Some dirt didn't come off; we were afraid to clean it more in fear of rubbing off the paint.
